When I started reading I thought “this all sounds familiar”. I am experiencing bursts of anxiety myself and it sometimes gets so strong that I think I am going mad. In the end it is as you say. We can’t outrun it, we can only try to understand the underlying message and make the necessary changes in our lives. One step at a time. It’s hard sometimes, but I know there’s gold to be found in the darkness. It’s easy to feel like you’re making one step forward and two steps back. That’s just your mind tricking you.
