Thanks for sharing Nick. I slipped into severe anxiety and panic attacks after a mushroom trip gone sideways two years ago. I was a worrier all my life and never learned to be resilient in stressful situations. I tried a couple of therapists, but in the end it was articles like yours, books and tons of YouTube videos that helped me educating myself and finding my own way through the storm. To me the most important skill on the road to resilience was the “whatever” attitude whenever anxiety would boil up again. It helped me to see anxiety as the illusion that it is and gave me the strength to sit with the feeling and just let it flow through me.
