I had a bad trip 4 years ago and spiraled into crazy anxiety. I thought my life was over and even after 4 years I am not done with it. Of course I didn't do any of the prep work and didn't think about set and setting either. It actually was the exact opposite. I was with a person, who was not very trustworthy and didn't have any experience in a foreign country far away from people who could help me. I know of people who went through the same and it took them forever to go through the effects of substance induced PTSD. On the other hand I also know a lot of people who used psychedelics in a controlled manner to ease their anxiety or depression. Thanks for sharing!
